Three paid engagement shapes
We do not sell subscription tiers or anonymous “support hours” pools. Each engagement is a written scope with deliverables you can file next to your architecture docs.
Performance discovery review
A fixed-length audit of one service or deployable unit. You receive trace captures, ranked bottlenecks, and a remediation checklist tied to repository paths. Ideal when latency regressed after a release and you need an external second pair of eyes.
Implementation block
After a review—or with a brief you already wrote—we pair on patches: query fixes, allocation reductions, concurrency guards, and config hardening. Work is tracked in your issue tracker; we do not host your code.
Architecture readiness session
Shorter, documentation-heavy engagement before a migration or hardware refresh. We stress-test assumptions about throughput, fan-out, and failure modes so procurement decisions are grounded in measured risk.

- Read-only access boundaries agreed in writing
- A reproducible environment or sanitized traces
- A single technical point of contact for decisions
