Services
We provide project-based software engineering, technical performance reviews, and implementation support as described on the engagement model page. Specific fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined only in a signed statement of work or written quote—not on this marketing site.
Site use
You may browse this site for business evaluation. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without permission, or scrape content for misleading republication.
Intellectual property
Site text and design are owned by us unless otherwise noted. Client repositories and artifacts remain yours; we receive only the license needed to perform contracted work.
Warranties and liability
Consulting outputs are professional opinions based on information you supply. Except where prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in New Taipei City have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
